These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Posted mobile application ("App") provided by Posted Technologies Ltd. ("Posted," "we," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

App Usage
a. Purpose: The App provides order tracking services, allowing you to track the delivery status of your orders from various shipping carriers.
b. Information Accuracy: You understand and acknowledge that the accuracy and availability of order tracking information depend on the carriers and their systems. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the tracking information provided through the App.
c. Third-Party Services: The App may integrate with third-party services, such as mapping services or shipping carriers. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any actions, omissions, or content of these third-party services.
d. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with the App's functionality, infringing on intellectual property rights, or transmitting harmful code or content.
e. Suspension or Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, at our discretion, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in any inappropriate or harmful behavior.

b. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for its intended purposes. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
a. Disclaimer: THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
b. Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP.
Modifications and Updates
a. Changes to the Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance.
